Funding support of up to £3,000 to improve the appearance of shop fronts in market towns and rural areas.

If you own or lease a retail outlet with a frontage in need of improvements, then you could be eligible for a grant under this initiative.

Priority will be given to applications from businesses whose project aims to:
• Improve the attractiveness of market towns and rural areas
• Increase footfall and viability of local businesses
• Improve energy efficiency of the property
• Are located on main thoroughfares
• Encourage shop front improvements which will benefit a number of retail businesses (e.g. within a parade)
