Two free events were held in March 2009 to help independent rural and town centre retailers make the most of their business.
Speakers were organised by the Rural Shops Alliance and copies of the presentations can be downloaded below.
Retailers attending the events found them very useful, and comments given on the evaluation forms included "Worthwhile investment of my time to attend this event." and "The opportunity to network and chat informally over coffee was informative and helpful."
