Based in Hinckley, the Work Link Project is a registered charity recycling furniture. The scheme also employs people with disabilities, providing them with skills, getting them ready for full time employment and providing an opportunity to socialise and meet other people.

Due to customer demand the charity was looking to expand into recycling of electrical items and move to more social enterprise model.

Through the RSCP Leicester CAN was able to provide legal advice on employment contracts, support with developing a business plan and memorandum and articles in order to help the Work Link Project achieve this goal.
